सर दर्द और थकान से राहत के आसान उपाय




Agar aapka sir bhaari lag raha hai toh aap ye steps follow kar sakte hain:  

  1. Paani Piye: Dehydration se bhi sir bhaari lag sakta hai, toh sabse pehle paani pi lijiye.

  2. Aaram Kare: Thoda late kar apni aankhein band karke rest lijiye. Yeh aapke mind ko relax karne mein madad karega.

  3. Gehre Saans Le: Deep breathing exercises se dimaag ko fresh feel hota hai. 5-10 baar gehri saans lein aur dheere-dheere chhodein.

  4. Chai ya Coffee: Agar aapko thoda energy boost chahiye toh halki si chai ya coffee le sakte hain.

  5. Thanda Kapda Lagayein: Ek thande paani mein bheega hua kapda le kar sir par rakhne se bhi aaram milta hai.

  6. Tel Se Malish: Sarso ya coconut oil se halki malish karne se tension door hoti hai.

  7. Screen Time Kam Karein: Agar aap zyada time tak mobile ya computer use kar rahe hain, toh thoda break lein.

  8. Pain Reliever (Agar Zaroori Ho): Agar sir dard zyada ho raha ho toh aap paracetamol jaisi dawa le sakte hain, lekin sirf jab bahut zaroori ho.

Agar yeh symptoms baar-baar ho rahe hain ya zyada severe ho rahe hain toh doctor se salah lena behtar hoga. ** Screen Time Kam Karein:** Agar aap zyada time tak mobile ya computer use kar rahe hain, toh thoda break lein.
